Aside from Moz being my soon-to-be wife, the album is really fantastic.
I like the lush sound that Visconti can produce and Morrissey's voice is always beautiful...

LOVE it.

Listening to it right now. Initial impressions put it in the same league as Quarry...good but not quite on the Viva Hate or Arsenal level. Love the video for You Have Killed Me...Boz looks so mad!

Diggin 4 songs so far...Downloaded the B-Sides from Yahoo music. "Human Being" and "Good Looking Man ABout Town" are solid. I also dig 4 songs of the album...

just got it, and watched the DVD. bonded with a Vin Diesel look-a-like at a local restaurant about the Mozzer, a few nights ago. He agreed...best...album...ever...well, almost.

I think it's even better than his last album, which was strong. The songs are just so full and lush. Maybe it was the setting of Italy, or just the new fresh blood/energy. I think Morrissey is still a vital artist aka bjork, portishead.
