I HATE the Red Hot Chili Peppers!

I want to like them. They're talented, they seem like cool guys on all the VH1 shows... But, GODDAMMITT!!!, they are on every radio station on my dial. I just came from the store an hour ago, and they were on five of the six presets on my car radio (and one of them was too staticky (sp?) to hear

Their last good CD was Blood Sugar Sex Magic.

there was a day, *sigh* they were so great. i can never say i hate them... but it does bring a tear to my eye to hear what they are doing now.
just think that they have gone away from us now, and i hope they are making lots and lots of money. they deserve it just for doing yertle the turtle.

I can't hate them, I do however dislike what they have become. I haven't liked much thats been put out since Blood Sugar Sex Magic, there have been a few singles here and there since but nothing much. It's a damn shame really, at one point I easily listed this band in my all time favorites, they still have a place in my heart though, nobody can touch what they've done in the past.

Anything before "BloodSugarSexMagik" was decent

How could you fucking say that!Sure maybe all they do is ballads now a days.But show some fucking respect.Alot of music is influenced by them.Knocking them is a load of crap.Plain and simple.They paid their dues.

i liked them. i just dont know what direction they are going in. i kind of want to hear their new stuff but dont have the time. there is too much good music to listen to the rhcp trying to relive their critically aclaimed shit.

C'mon O they deserve some sort of "umtouchable" satatus ? for what they;ve done?I agree that their labels make them have the slow songs as singles to get a bigger audience which really sucks.But ppl in the band still have done alot for "alternative" music ,at least enough to not have to endure our distaste of their new stuff.
