Bjork's Homogenic album and MDMA seem to be made for each other. Anyone else had this experience? I also totally love Pink Floyd's Darkside of the moon with LSD and headphones AND Shpongle's "Are you Shpongled"? album also with LSD and headphones. Anyone else listened to these albums while altered? and others that you Love? Drugs+Good music=

The Buthole Surfurs are excellent with a wide variety of drugs. Pink Floyd Live in Pompeii has always been a favourite with hallucinogens while old ska is definately pot music.

Since mushrooms has the negative effect of making ANYTHING seem totally amazing, I can't really recommend anything but the standard Pink Floyd. However, since shrooms seem to slow down your mind, try something fast and abstract, like fusion jazz. Coltrane, Davis, Monk, etc. Jazz is the 20th century equal to classical in it's use of theory and structure, and those guys were doing the most daring stuff for a while. Even when sober I can hear innovative ideas in the music.

Ultimately, I would suggest Bitches Brew on anything. Let me know how it goes

I rarely do drugs but on the rare chance I do I like to test the drug with three different songs to see what it would be good for
1.Halcyon on and on by Orbital(if it works with this its time to lay back and enjoy the ride)
2.Absurd by Fluke(if its this then its time to go chat up a storm and hangout with the gang)
3.Clubbed to Death by Rob Dougal(if it hits on this its time to go dance or even dance alone at home)

Also - The Cure - 'In Between Days' era stuff on acid - don't laugh till you try it - it works really well. Plus The Dandy Warhols second album - wow on e. Plus of cousre loads of druggy club music - does anyone know PMT - 'Gyromancer' - the ultimate drug track.
