FATA is one of my favorite PA Hxc bands, the vocals are fucking incredible and I enjoy alot of the progressions used very untypical of a hardcore band. I saw them play about a year ago and they blew me away...

Agreed...

My current playlist includes at the moment:
Sigor Rus - agaetis Byrjun
Refused - the shape of Punk to come
Radiohead - Kid A
tool - Lateralus
Billie Holiday - singin' the blues

My ex-girlfriend was really into this band. I usually don't like that kind of music, but I fully dug the breaks where the woman would sing. Not too bad at all, and it worked really well for mood music.

But, what the fuck does, "chalking down the embers of a great place" mean??

FATA is major suck. I liked their live performance though.

Sorry, but they're on the same level as Atreyu to me.

Fashion-core crap.

have to agree the ptw and fata are pretty much alike... the new killswitch is kick ass though. New dillanger is amazing, plus the new singer can well, sing... so it's a cool mix

Are you tone deaf?

Fata and ptw are nothing alike.

Though I agree with your last 2 opinions on KsE and Dillinger.

well sry you're right... not about me being tone deaf though lol, if you listen to ptw first record it's pretty similar to fata... but the newer stuff like you come before you and tear from the red doesn't sound like fata

You don't need to repeat yourself. I know it may be some sort of an ego boost for you, but it's not neccessary.

Trying to make yourself sound superior to everyone else on this board makes your ego bigger. Thank YOU, asshole.

fata are alright, I prefer poison the well though. I don't think they really sound the same at all. Hopesfall seem to have gone downhill since the first EP (which is AMAZING).

Dillinger Escape Plan beat all of 'em though.

BTBAM, owns all of those bands...While dillinger is probably one of the most technically gifted bands out there today, BTBAM has the dynamics that make their music amazing...You can get four of their songs from the website...

FATA are a great band but I would have to agree with some of the others here..... Dillinger is fucking amazing and BTBAM is pretty damn awesome as well.

I saw FATA a little while back and the live show was pretty good. The vocals are pretty rad which is kinda what made me pick up a record of theirs anyway.
