...The news story was nearly as incoherent as she was...Were there tests done to check the validity of the pregnancy/abortion claims? Was she just hopped up on coke again? What the fuck?!

it just happened last night, so no tests yet...some reports had her bleeding from the vagina when the cops got there....also some claims of a miscarriage, not an abortion...not sure if the story says so, but it was also her 40th birthday, and she just had a bench warrant issued on her.

great day in love-land, eh??

problem with courtney love is that she could have kicked so much ass, if she didn't start acting crazy and doing stupid shit. same goes with michael jackson, imagine how cool he'd be if he still was acting all smooth and shit.

only smooth thing about michael jackson now is the babies asses he likes rubbing on.

It's not like she JUST started acting crazy and doing stupid shit recently. She's been doing it for 20+ years. She's burned just about every bridge and backstabbed every person she's ever come near. She's persona non-grata in just about every major city in the world, save for the new young sycophants she picks up along the way that hang on to her coattails until she cuts them loose.

Most of the people I know that knew her back when, myself included, wouldn't piss on her if she was on fire.

it is time for her to go away for a while. she has been given everything and has wasted it all and now probably has nothing left.

she has got mental, family, drug, and money problems that need to be dealt with. if she never takes the time for her self to deal with them then she is going to crash in a way that is unrecoverable from.

for example, not being able to play music any more. lossing her daughter forever ect. these are serious problems that need to be taken care of no matter who you are.

How can it be funny watching anyone fall apart? That's sick man.

If she has gone to a psych ward, i just hope it helps her, but sadly i cant imagine it will. I dont know if you guys have Sections in USA, but I bet she could talk her way out of anything longer than a six hour one!

i pray she wont go the same way as her hubby. for francis' sake.

You're right...what i meant was that her rambling, incoherent interviews were funny, partly because i sort of thought that she was 'playing the role' of the messed up rocker. I think that was the case early on, but now its pretty depressing.

Is Francis better off with her mommy alive and a total whack-job?

I pity that poor child no matter what happens. She has had the burdens of a couple of extreme misfits to carry around. Mommy is so-self absorbed (and I really don't give a shiite if the rumour is true and she is a member)

are you saying that i shouldn't have brought this up because she might be a member??
and/or that i'm an asshole for doing so??

i may, indeed be an asshole, but not cuz of this.

No, I'm trying to say that Jeff made an amusing graphic for use in Courtney threads and for some reason it didn't show up in his post. However, the official stance on Courtney threads in the past has been don't be any more of an asshole to her than you would be to any other member because she is one, like the rest of us. Sometimes people forget that.

if she is a member,

and we aren't allowed to trash talk members in general,
why should you be allowed to trash talk her?
she should have the same level of respect that the rest of the members get.

Because last I checked, not every member winds up on the front page of newspapers periodically for "wacky" antics. I disagree with the American mindset that what celebrities do is automatically interesting, but this is a woman that knows she's constantly under the microscope and clearly couldn't care less. What that poor child of her's must go through every time Mommy shows up on the eleven o'clock news.
