You lucky, lucky bastard. One day I will make it there. Though keeping with tradition, it will probably rain.

I got a ticket. On that list, there's about four bands I want to go see, five if Ash play. Still, there were only two acts I wanted to see last year, and still saw a load of great bands.

I've been before and I really want to go again but it's such a fucking hassle getting tickets and thats not what glasto is supposed to be about. I deliberately chose not to look at the line-up because I know it's going to be good and I also know that even if it wasn't good the festival would be anyway.

And I have so played main-stage glastonbury before love

it's a shame, cos about ten years ago glasto was something beautiful but it's all trendy 20 somethings who don't give a fuck about each other and spend the whole festival on their mobile phones telling all the people who aren't there how great it is.

grrrrrrrrrrr

Well, at least you have Glastonbury. The last thing we had that approached it was the first two Lollapaloozas.

Are there a lot of hippies in Glastonbury? According to The Damned it was once a dilemma.

i didnt find that at all last year....

if there was all awful bands, i know i could go to glastonbury and have so much to do other than go see bands. i dont know a lot of other festivals where that applies.

There are shit-loads of hippies in Glastonbury. You can hardly move in the Green Fields for skinny bearded naked men.

It's a pity that this year's ticket sales website was such a fuck up. How can they sell 100,000+ tickets in less than 48 hours when people can only buy a maximum of 2 tickets per debit card?

To stand a chance of getting in I'm going to have to buy an orange robe and some tiny cymbals and pretend I'm with the Hare Krishnas...

I'm gonna be there. Be my first time. Reckon the people watching will be almost as good as the bands.

I'll be the caned one in the FNM t-shirt.

I'm there. There are some poop acts playing, but some goodies in there too. More about the atmosphere than the bands anyway.
