The Fixins, the Thanksgiving themed new rock band

Okay, so I made that up. But since their are so many "The" bands out there,
I thought maybe there should be a band with a cool name that rocks out about
turkey and stuffing and yams and such. I'm an idiot. What about The Kringles, a Christmas band, or one for Halloween..........

Isn't there a band called The Harry Potters or something? They sing about Hogwarts' and muggles and such.

Wouldn't a Thanksgiving-themed band be called The Trimmins? You can get fixins all year round. "All the trimmings" only come around during the holidays. A band called the Fixins should be one where you get the basics: rhythm section (the bun) and geetar and vox (the meat, unless you're one of them instrumental vegetarians!). You could then add whatever you like, be it trombones, hammond b-3, or extra pickles.
There should be a Ramadan (sp?) themed band called The Fasting. For some reason, when I typed that, I pictured Creed, so never you mind about that!

Yeah fixins makes me think of collard greens, okra and grits. Nothing wrong with that, but I think mulhollanddrive is right, The Trimmins is more Thanksgivingy.
