Everybody’s favorite State Representative is back. South Carolina Rep. G. Ralph Davenport, Jr, who recently introduced a bill to ban sweet, loving vibrators from the state has a come up with a new and incredibly caring bill. Ralph wants to send drug users overseas to be imprisoned in foreign countries. Rush Limbaugh is fucked.

Ralph is clearly doing God’s work and we should feel blessed for his contribution and leadership.

So...are we selling inmates now?

The dildo's thing is just plain ol' silly, but I think his idea to imprison overseas is just dandy.

If they're criminals, let's put them in jail in a place where we'll save some money while having to incarcerate them. More money for the war.

Apparently only countries with the choicest records in violating human rights. So, basically, he wants to create a world market out of incarceration and torture. Neat-o.

inmates are sold within the country all the time. a lot of "state" prisons and incarceration programs are actually private corporations now.

That is the whole problem in a nutshell. Unfortunately, centuries ago, people sent them here.

We should elect them, decade after decade, to the highest offices of power.

They're selling our inmates? No matter how many horrible crimes they may have commited, they are still US Citizens. I know that doesn't really count for much these days, but it should prevent them from being put into what sounds essentialy like slavery in foreign countries. So much for human rights.
