i was sooo sure you people didn't actually exist.
What is a conspiracy in one person's eyes is a lucid and unshrouded view of the truth in another's; I would be willing to bet that these conspiracy theorists have done more investigation into events like this than those who would dismiss it as unfounded paranoia.
Now, I'm not trying to be an asshole here, I'm just saying... try looking at this from a pair of eyes besides Earl Warren's. The Kennedy assassination is rife with ambiguities, and it seems only natural for there to be a difference in opinions. For future reference, there's probably a less condescending term than "you people."

Read the FAQ, guys. This isn't a handful of people writing a game to piss off the "tasteful" citizens of America,
Youre right it isnt. Its a group of out of work game designers that made this controversial game to put some money in their pockets. They even have a contest in which the winner gets a 100,000 prize if theyre able to successfully recreate Oswalds shots. The rub? You have to buy a digital token for each attempt. Keep that in mind.
this is a legitimate attempt at re-creating a historical situation with a painstaking computer simulation. They implemented a physics model, motorcade driver behaviour, timing aspects, bullet drop, and a whole multitude of miniscule details. After every shot, they view from the scope wobbles while Oswald operates the bolt-action to chamber another round! That is insane! Even if you think the game is in poor taste, you still have to commend the attention to detail and professional approach taken.
The graphics engine is actually quite dated and were this released as a simple sniper game would fail miserably. Also a legitimate historical simulation wouldnt put a fucking SCORING system in place. I would tolerate, at most, an objective based scoring system but the way they have it set up now is a joke.
Of course, the high-score feature is somewhat unneccesary, but I think that if every game was this deeply researched and employed the same work and creative ethic, I would be more willing to shell out 50 US dollars for a copy of the newest FPS.
The guys that made this game are responsible for other average games that managed to sell based on controversy (State of Emergency and Carmaggedon). Its obvious as hell what theyre doing and as long as people are suckered into buying lame games because of some intended controversy put forth by the creators, were going to keep seeing this.
The game industry has already become the new scapegoat for blame shifting parents when it comes to youth violence in todays society and shit like this doesnt help.
