You also now have the right to never ever complain about anything that happens in your country during the next term of the President. Nothing at all whatsoever.

Well done on expressing your rights!

what a grand ego to think you deserve a thread for this.

also you can't mone about the transpot problems that may arise on your town
the fact that your post turns up late every day
the crime levels in yout town
the state of the hospitals
the state of the schools
the amount of tax you pay
your hourly wage

infact the only thing you can mone about when you don't vote is that fact that you didn't vote, nearly everything in what ever county you live in is affected but the govenment thats in power
and as you didn't vote you can't mone about what they do, purely because that little cross is almost like a permision slip to say you can mone,
basicly its chucking away your voice, sure you can mone but as soon as say someone asks, 'so who did you vote for then?' and you say 'i didn't' well you point is invalid

personly

Gonna keep not-complaining when your friends and family get drafted into the next war?

i really have no respect for people who didn't vote. i don't care who anybody voted for, although i'd prefer it be the candidate i want, but there's just no excuse for not voting.

apathy is not cool.

yep, you have no reasone to say anything about anything in the country., Plus, its peoplelike you that think not voting is cool, and thats why we have the worst turn out of voters in the world. Every other country take spride in who they have as a president, or whatever. Maybe we should take a little pride in our country instead of making "I didn't vote" thread. Jagoff.

i don't understand your logic. why announce that you did nothing?

when i didn't vote i certainly didn't announce it to the world that i didn't do something.

we all pay taxes so you might be able to complain about potholes in the road but not much else.

I just don't understand why people don't vote. Especially in this election when so very much is at stake. It isn't like it is difficult to vote. All you have to do is fill in a damn bubble, or pull a lever, or touch a damn screen. whatever

I think it's fine that you decided not to vote. That is one of our rights, and to denounce someone for excercising that right is as bad as chasticing someone for voting for the opposing candidate of your choice. It's missing the whole point.

HOWEVER, there's certainly no need to be self-righteous about it.

While I think everybody should vote, I see no reason why one couldn't abstain from voting and still complain. It's a free country. Hell, you could even vote for a candidate and then bitch about him later, if you want. What gives you the right to do that? Free country.
