from daily kos

2 p.m. VNS numbers:

AZ CO LA PA OH FL MI NM MN WI IA NH
Kerry 45 48 42 60 52 51 51 50 58 52 49 57
Bush 55 51 57 40 48 48 47 48 40 43 49 41

sorry i couldn't align this perfectly. some of the numbers are obviously out-of-whack (PA for kerry 60/40), but it's at least encouraging.

of particular note, ohio - kerry 52, bush 48 and florida - kerry 51, bush 48

also, remember this does not take into account early voters.

It's hard to make them line up properly, I've had that problem in the past too. wink

While exit polls are highliy unreliable (2000 election anyone?) It looks like things are going at laest OK for Kerry in all of the swing states except for Colorado, which was a long shot to begin with, . But the day is young and the election is far from over. All we can do now is hope for the best.

Remember, this doesn't take into account early voters, or really anything else either.

There is the possibility of Colorado breaking up the electoral votes. I think it's unlikely, but it is in fact possible.

yes, but please, exit polls aren't anything, so please vote no matter what! even in "safe states" because the popular vote helps Kerry claim legitimacy.

do it for the children! for the puppies! and especially, do it so us poor expats don't get lynched!
