Tyson got paid roughly 8 million and got to keep 2 million of it -- he had to pay 6 million towards his hundred millions in debt he has.

Oddly enough, the guy who knocked him out only got a few hundred thousand.

tyson tore some left knee ligament in the first round so he wasnt able to punch w/ his right at all. from what it looked like, he chose to stay down instead of continuing to fight in the 4th.

It's worse than that. He only got around $80,000. They owe him a further 100,000 or more but he'll probably never see it. The fight was going to be cancelled right up until 10.40pm when they suddenly "found" the box office takings and paid the 80k to Williams's manager in cash.
