I got it. I filled out the info that i needed to. If I get money than cool if I don't then whatever, no biggie. Its worth a shot. I filled out one a couple of months ago for taking metabolife, and I got a $120 check in the mail from the settlement.

Yeah, I got one for each of my PayPal accounts. I wonder how much $$$ we're talking about. Of course, everyone knows that the only people who get rich are the lawyers. But, I wouldn't frown upon getting $120 or so.....

Class action settlements are usually more like 20 bucks and a coupon. Hardly worth the paper work. The fucking lawyers make all the money. It's a scam.

No, it's real...you just won't get any real money. The class action lawyers will, though.

Well, there's 5.8 million to distribute, depending on the number of people who send in the paperwork, that could turn into a nice dinner.

Yeah I got this too, read it over, appears legit except for the "can only submit claims online" part.

I also only received it to the email I use for the personal account I closed, and not the email I use for the business account that was opened earlier and still is.

5.8 million sounds like a lot, except that if everyone got one and fills it out, they will get about $1.50 after the attorneys take their share. If only 55% respond, then there might be more, like $5-$10.

I was once involved in a class action suit against FAO Schwarz. Involved in the sense that I worked for them for about a month.

I got a check for 37 cents.

no, it's 5.8 that is being distributed, that's *after* the attorneys take their share.
And yeah, it depends entirely on how many people fill the thing out. No matter what it's not going to be a ton of money, but depending on how it shapes up it might buy a few lunches...

$200-$300/hour to talk to a lawyer, count on $1000 or $2000 to start litigation, about $3000-$7000 to file a claim with arbitration. seems like a waste of money to me.
