That Smart Guy on Jeopardy

That smart guy on Jeopardy is $40,000 away from winning a million. That seems to be a no problem for him to do as a one day total.

He's obviously a freak, so what do we do with him? Clone him or kill him?

Fuck, I thought I was good at Jeopardy! I think they've even been whipping out some harder than usual questions for him as well.

I have been meaning to start a thread about him. I miss the first two innings of every Phillies game just to see if he wins.

I don't know how anyone will ever beat him. After a 29 day win he's getting pretty handy with that buzzer on top of being brilliant.

I still haven't seen him -- tomorrow I'm going to make it a point to watch Jeapordy. This is going to be the first time in years I'm making an effort to watch a TV show.

the episode last week where he just squeaked by with $19,000... any normal human would have been destroyed by those two rounds of jeopardy. the categories were so hard that it physically hurt me.

have you noticed they're throwing in special categories too? like the midwest housewife got a category about cats. they're actively trying to find a category that he can't do.

i'm not worried though. Ken is King.

I heard a rumor somewhere that when taping stopped for the season in late March, he was still the champion, his winning streak was past 40, and he had won more than $1.5 million.

The way he owned those two losers with him tonight, I believe that.

I like the fact that he's taken to buzzing in when he isn't sure of the answer. And he still manages to come up with it.

That and I think it's cool that he refuses to break that guy's single-day record.
