Has anyone seen the video of the Israeli soldier killing a civilian yet,several sites of the story have deleted the video I was uncertain if he was killed or wounded?

He didnt kill him, he shot him in the toe with a rubber bullet. The dude was treated at the scene by army medics, is still alive and doing interviews.
Also, the idiot is a border cop, not a soldier, and is currently under arrest with internal affairs investigating all people present.
