Not my fav punk bands but I agree with the sentiment. We need to vote Bush out for good of the nation. I believe the Greens have endorsed Kusinich I hope they support who ever wins. I will be voting for whatever Dem wins(except Liberman) to vote against Bush. I hope everyone sees that this time. To the @ and socialists its better to fight againt a half ass liberal democrat. Than to see how much more power Bush will grab if he wins or steals it again.

I'd love to add to the numbers and vote against Bush, but I'm not American.

I think it's the god-damn punkest thing a human can possibly do. Aside from actually running for office yourself.

Amen, Keith.
The reason people like Bush get into office at all is because only a minority of the population votes. And the majority of that minority are of a brand I think you and I would have a tough time with at the dinner table. I vote every time I have the opportunity because it is a fuck you in the face of all the people who expect us to sit here and be apathetic while they run the country. I vow I will be a thorn in the side of every conservative terrorist who ever runs for office in this city/state/country. And I think thats pretty fucking punk rock of me, if I do say so myself.

I was thinking Dean all the way. But I did catch some of the Rock the Vote last night and liked how Kusinich came off. I am registered Green, so I might think of switching to what they suggest too. We shall see.

When i vote next november I shall have on my "Not my president" shirt! Last time I sported my old school Anarchy shirt. Got soem great looks.

But yeah Keith and Midori are right. Punk is about politics! It's about trying to use the anger you have to make the world better. And it is a big fat "fuck you" to the mainstream, those people that don't want me to have a voice.

The main problem with Kucinich is that he is too far too the left of the American mainstream to be electable. I think a Dean-Clark ticket (either pairing) would flatten Bush & Co. at the polls, which is the really important thing next fall.

That was the shit. Unfortunately I adamantly disagree with the "vote for who ever you think will win" attitude. It leads people down a rode of mediocrity where you end up with two candidates who actually represent the same party - BIG BUSINESS. Vote for who ever the fuck you think disserves it. It's your vote to use, your vote to "waist."
