Actually not a Boston fan but much respect. I never picture game 6 going this way ( I had the Celtics winning but not by anywhere near 40 points )

the indicator of that being how amazing this game was???
To be honest while it was great for Celtics fans this game was horrible in the sense of competition basketball

I've always like Doc Rivers. It's good to see him get a title.

No it wasn't. It might look unbalanced and it probably was, but that too is a part of competitive sports: Team > Kobe + 4 others.

Were the fans booing Stern when he was about to announce Pierce won MVP? I was watching online and I had to take a phone call but it sounded like it.

No really, how is this news? There's no way Boston wasn't going to dominate them at home. There's just something about their Garden.

6/17. Game 6, 17th title. And anyone who lives in Boston knows, the area code is 617. It was meant to be.

But I really hate how all of the media are calling this "The Boston Massacre." I think that's really dumb.

Anyway, I've watched Paul Pierce try to do this for 10 years, come close, not come close at all, get attacked in his own city, help build up an amazing team and then lose it.. I'm SO happy about this, but It's a shame I have to be so far away.

And this makes me hate The Giants even more.

Forgive me on the wording then.
It is part of competitive sports but as someone who was not caring really which of the two teams one I would much rather have seen a good competitive game. Not something I can shut off at half time because of a 30 point blow out.
just my two cents
