This is a great video. Check it out.

http://thinkprogress.org/2008/05/15/kevin-james-appeaser/

Being both unwilling to admit that you're wrong or don't know something, and willing to feverishly hammer home a point that's being contested, is a really bad combination. The worst thing you can do when someone challenges a point is keep screaming your point like you didn't just have the rug pulled out from under you. It makes you look like you're unwilling to discuss the issue like an adult, which is apparently true in this case.

I don't harbor any particular fondness for Chris Matthews - as many clips as there are like this one, where he's the guy on top schooling someone else, there is an equal amount where he looks like a jackass. He's a television news personality, and all the big ones with the exception of Keith Olbermann are pretty worthless. But this isn't about Chris Matthews - this is about the other guy, Kevin James, and what a retarded mouthpiece he is. Watch and hate the guy.

Eh, both of them fucked up and it is all a bit silly. Chris Matthews from the start was cutting the guy off and attacking him for a statement Bush made. Kevin James should have looked into Neville Chamberlain (unless he was told he was going on the show for another reason) and be able to not get all worked up (as it was clear Chris Matthews intended).

And I disagree that Keith Olbermann is the exception since he is about as biased as Bill O'Reilly and after his view and actions of the Shank case I stopped watching.

Yeah, what a dick taking on Wal Mart and their heinous action. Fucker.

Bias has nothing to do with it. One is truthful, the other is a repeated liar.

I think its funny that all the rest of the talk show hosts on his station's website have their own page but Kevin James' just redirects back to the homepage. What a dummy.

No, Matthews was attacking him (and the rest of the Republicans) for using the word "appeasement" when it wasn't the right word. The Neville Chamberlain thing was just the most expedient way to prove Davis didn't know what he was talking about.

OK, that was just pathetic. The dude had several options. I realize Mathews was trying to get him to mention Munich, but he could of said that Chamberlain did nothing as the Nazi's committed any number of acts of aggression and bullying. Whoever said that guys a talking-head is absolutely right. It's like when you get in a conversation with someone and you ask them a simple question and they have no answer for it. They're obviously just parroting someone elses opinion.

Actually I will have to agree on Wal-Mart for this case. Yes it is a sad story and I am not blaming the family but they already got paid once for the medical bill per their health care plan. That is fine and needed to happen, and then the husband tried to sue Wal-Mart to get paid again for the bills they already got money to pay for. This clause is very common and is in almost all corporate health care plans and for good reason. There is no way it makes since that a person should get paid twice for the same bill.

If any one is to blame it is the greedy Lawyers they hired since they first didn't do the case for free, then the Lawyers knew that if they won the case the family would have had to give back the money the insurance company gave them. So it was kind of the lawyer's fault they had to give back more money then they have after the lawyers taken their fee.

But then Keith Olbermann and other news commentators decided to join the ban wagon and use their positions of power to force Wal-Mart into letting the family keep the money which in turn could create a watershed of other people that got hurt to go "They got the money twice, why can't I double mine as well".

Wrong, The family settled the case with the trucking company for the limit of the company's insurance. Than Wal-Mart (technically the health plan) sued the family to recover the costs incurred by the health plan when it paid for her medical treatment.

The suit was for the on going live time care that the wife would need.

You have absolutely no clue about what actually happened in this case. You couldn't possibly be more wrong if you were intentionally trying to lie.

When are you going to get rid of this huge hard-on you have for massive corporations?
