"Surgeons at the hospital tried to save the Emmy Award-winning actor but were unable to do so, the statement said."

Is it just me or does that sound really weird?

It's always strange to me, as you grow up, more and more of your heros, or icons, die off. One by one, John Candy, Dr Seuss, Shel Silverstein, Chris Farley...and then it occured to me. The only reason it seems like we're in a state of constant loss is because nobody can really tell when one of these people is born.

Hmm...food for thought.

I'm gonna do the obligatory "Two's Company" joke here and get it over with.

He seemed like a really nice guy. I guess you never can tell when you're gonna blow a gasket or something.

You should check out Noises Off to see him at his best. Great absurd slapstick
