Ladies and gentlemen, a historical first in American politics, a Republican using fear mongering to try and get votes!

This ad would have been exponentially more awesomer if at the end, the evil terrorist lifted their hood and revealed themselves to be Willy Horton, Elliot Spitzer or Nancy Pelosi.

Edit: Or a King Ghidorah-style multi-headed combination of all three.

I am pretty sure that anyone who aired that (or its equivalent) in the UK would be chucked out of his party. Maybe even the BNP.

The canned explosion sound at the end is what sells it... but what else can you expect from a man who's a prime example of a cartoonish, chickenhawk conservative.

Oh, come on, that advertisement RULED. The explosion at the end takes the cake, however, I LOVED it. It was so low budget, I kept expecting to see a guy and two robots appear at the bottom of the screen.

That's cause he's playing the Goldwater role in this melodrama.

if that was the case, i'd have super powers by now. a fistful of REMs is more likely to do the opposite.
