This must have come as quite a shock for this Representative

Ordinarily I would say that was out of line, but when the GOP is attempting to change the dialogue about the war to dialogue about Move On, they deserve it.

I love how after she gets called out on it she stammers on and on about " we support those families and are sensitive to this and sensitive to those families and we do everything we can posibly do to assist those families and . . . "

Yeah, except learn their names. mad

Heh, they should make Tucker Carlson fill in for David Shuster (instead of the other way around).

That was a complete bait and switch by MSNBC. She signed off on appearing on Tucker's show and got the "substitute host" and unfriendly questions as a result. I have no problems laughing at her.

When you get busted like that, apologize to the family on the air and stop trying to change the subject. IT is a real issue and she should be far mroe concerned with the war than the advertising prices of the New York Times.

damn that was good to see: a merciless, no bullshit interview without any yelling or name calling.

note how until the end, he didn't interrupt her and he never raised his voice -- he didn't even have to, the questions did the work for him. who'd have guessed that intelligent, inquisitive interviewing could stand on its own?

Heyo! Is it a career killer to say "touché" and show humility and contrition? Seriously, is that naïve to express sincerity?

While that is indisputably accurate, it must nevertheless be remembered that sentence fragments are, in fact, syntactically correct.
