Yep, Scooter got nailed Tuesday, drawing a 30 month sentence for perjury. Conservatives are screaming about the length of the sentence, and speculation about a presidential pardon abounds.

Why does it not surprise me that Republicans are far more upset about Libby getting less than 3 years than about a highest-ranking administration official baldly lying in court?

Last time I checked, Republicans got really bent out of shape about such things.

Wonder what's changed?

Oh well, too bad you can't hang him.

Naaaa,

Hangings too good for him,

shoot'n is too good for him

burning is too good for him,

we need to rip him limb from limb , the ritually disembowel him and bury the four or more pieces of his body at locations spread across the USA for treason like Ye Olde English punishment for Treason against the sovereign!!!

(loose ad lib quote from one of the clips in the cartoon movie "Heavy Metal")

Seriosuly he deserved more for ratting out a US CIA agent undercover.

Knee-jerk reaction. Why can't you write something intelligent for once that's in your own words, or will you like your creepy beard do all the talking?
