DO not count my man Barack out yet. FIrst of all WIlliam Jefferson Clinton was more of an 'outsider'm than Barack if we get into issues of washington insider/outsider, and he was also more of a foreigner to the upper class citizens of the USA than Barack and Michelle Obama are.

Furthermore, as their neighbor, and as one of their fundraising agents (I am a public agent, but I do like to think of myself as a *secret* public agent) I can tell you that they both were very ag. a run this year until they were wooed, convinced, and persuaded beyond a doubt by some very powerful figures.

I woudl vote for Bill for life. Hilary is a strong adn capable woman. but the domestic sense of fatigue with the clintons cannot be underestimated. They are likely to cause democrats adn independents to vote for a moderate or sympathetic republican (G being the former, Mc being the latter).

On the other hand, Barack has broad appeal. Somehow, depsite his very liberal positions, he is appealing to people who traditionally vote for republicans, but are attracted to his quiet and respectful diplomacy.

and ok, many of these independents and NASCAR type republicans think they see a religious family man, and like that too.
