I can't believe I didn't catch the first story, about a mom being booted off a flight for breast-feeding. (It's refrenced in the article).

I'm all for public breast exposure but I think there should definitely be a law about covering babies in public.

Honestly, I'm all for you being able to suckle breasts in public too.

Edit: I was poking around in your pictures folder and...I take it back.

I can't decide if this is worse than the mom who was forced to drink her own breast milk at a security checkpoint to prove it wasn't a hazardous substance.

It is not "airlines" it is airline staff, who have been empowered by "security" rules to believe that they are the new Louis XIV.

Thankfully that doesn't apply in this case. Whatever caused the three hour delay had nothing to do with the nursing mother.

And I have no problem with removing anyone from their job who is disrupting the ability of a mother to feed her child.

She had been sitting on the New York-bound plane %u2014 which was three hours late in leaving %u2014 when she began nursing. The flight attendant handed her a blanket, but she refused it. She was removed from the plane along with her husband and child.

Oh.

Why would she decline a blanket? It is just polite.

Why is an accusation of comment stalking always your first response when someone disagrees with you? The boards aren't that big. Paaaaaranoia

Because he left comments like that on my last five threads.

Similar to your buddy who put up a picture of an eyeball as a response to 25 of my posts.
