Again this is a editorial I will of course have some facts backing me up this time round but I'm not going to laden this down with a bunch of links and stuff. That makes a piece boring. I want to grab your attention and make you think. Is President Bush really an Ahole or is he misguided or has he done some good for our country..you decide.
1) 9/11 Now I know all the lefties will point out that President Bush got a memo and also that Mrs Rice testified that GWB got a memo while he was vactioning about emiment doom from al-quieda (please forgive me now for misspellings and just bare with me ok folks I promise it won't be that bad this time) Anywhoo I watched a loooong ass documentray on 9/11 and it said (wait before I go any further I know you want the name...and I"ll get it ASAP) that President Clinton had two seperate occasions to kill OBL..TWO However if he engaged there may have been civilain casualites. Now I understand you don't want to kill innocents...but jeez man...hes the most wanted terrorist..step up, make the right call...so for 9/11 I blame both Bush and Clinton..as far as after the disaster I think Bush was remarkable from everything I read (I was in boot camp when the towers actualy fell) He made some good address to the nation and I think he handled him self well...and he brought about some good things which leads me to my next points
2) The Department of Homeland Security: Since its establishment there has been no new terror threats on American soil. I actually worked for the TSA part of the Dept. and was quite impressed. The training was excellent, the standards top notch...the people they took in were only the best. But as you got up the food chain the Bosses statated having power complexes and were only concered with themselves (but I digress I'm going off topic) Anyway this is one of Mr. Bush's best decsions as well as.....
3) The patriot Act: Giving more freedom to various people in the govt and state such as authorites is a good thing. Not that we need a shaparon as a people but its nice to know that someone is watching our back..just in case. Really I can't see any of our freedoms that have been compromised....then again I'm no lawyer...all in all I think this was one of the best Acts ever made.
Now on to foreign policy
4) The Chinease Premier: Yes we had a couple of screw ups...major ones...but really China hasn't had an ambassodor of that magnitude over here in years (how many I"m not sure) (I think I remeber on the news them saying 10) Anywhoo I really think Bush needs to work on his foreign policy procedure (ie not having the band guy call it the wrong freakin country) but hopefully it was a lesson to them and they learned something from it. I'll be the first to admit that Bush dosen't seem like he's got a prestigious education hell it seems like he just went to the local commutnity college (no offense thats where I"m going) but man he sure does suck some time.
5) N. Korea and Iran: These two guys jeez...now there not actually trying to be in diplomacy with anyone...look at there concessions what they want....its huge....no ther're trying to blackmail the rest of the world. And the US will not be blackmailed (is that a word...well it is now) but then again I"m not an ambassador so what do I know but it sure as hell seems that way......and if you want proof of that just pic up a paper....anyone and look on the front page.
And thats it....my reasons why Geoge W Bush is not as bad as the Left would like you to think he is. If you disagree please feel free to argue politly and please remeber to be curtious (sp?) and if you agree thats great jump on board.
It's really quite telling that the best anyone can say about Bush is "he's not as bad as most of the country thinks he is", using long drawn-out excuses to back it up.
In ancient times, knowing that was your legacy would lead you to cast yourself on your sword and end your life before the shame consumes you.

He wasn't great at anything but brain washign half the freaking country, saying Iraq had someting to do with 9/11.

The biggest waste of money in the history of the country.

I don't think anyone in Congress read the freaking thing or it would have never passed. It is the biggest stab to our freedom to date.

By this point I knew I wasn't interested. If your goal is to grab (and hold) someone's attention, then you might want to try to start with a paragraph that doesn't seem intended to apologize or preemptively defend the rest of what you want me to read. It just tells me you really aren't very confident about what you want to say.

I thought you said you had facts this time?
1) I wasn't here so I don't know what he said verbatem...only what I read. I thought the Iraq stuff came much later
2)The department has done a great job so far...no more terrorist attacks...yes its a slight inconveince and they are a bit aloof with the money but I wouldn't call it the biggest waste of money.
3) How is it the biggest stab to freedom...honestly...do you think the big shots care about my internet traffic, or my bank account and that I make 86 dollars a week at dunkin dounts. Or that I go on a punk rock liberal website. Or that I've said that I hate the police..Hell I'll say it in bold letters hereI hate the police But I respect them..just like I hate the men that did the haditahta crimes...but I still respect the fact that therer marines. I'm, saddened by it. Do you really think the govt as big as it is is really gonna care what podunk Mr mucci does maybe if I grew up one day and became some big time pro consertative activist or somerthing then they'd look at me harder but right now the govt isn't interested at me at all.
4) I waasn't saying Yale is a community college...I"m saying that sometines he sounds/acts like he went to a community college.
5)Like I said I"m not an ambassoador so maybe I was wrong on that...if I am..then my bad.

Wait, seriously?
You're going to keep it interesting by not citing any sources or evidence to back up anything you say?
I love it! Fuckin' credible sources, man . . . Fuck those, right?
Also, I'm curious as to what "the left" is supposed to mean. Unless there is some unified organization called The Left, and everyone's neglected to tell Amer'ka-hatin' terrorist-lovin' smelly hippie me about it (in which case I'd be TOTALLY cranky), I don't know what "the left" is supposed to mean in this context. Who is it exactly that's trying to convince the general "you" that Bush has failed as a president? Democrats? People on MoveOn's email list? Amer'ka-hatin' terrorist-lovin' smelly hippies? Illegal immigrants? Gays? Cindy Sheehan? Or worse--Michael Moore?
(Or possibly some disgruntled conservatives, mostly of the economic variety, who are sad to see that their party has fallen into the hands of the Christian Right, as well as into massive, massive, non-conservative growth of the powers of the federal government and the executive--who are, in short, sad to see that the Republicans are no longer Republican, and that Bush has done a damn good job of leading that shift away from the party's original ideals? Possibly?)
What do you mean by "the left"? What is this coherent, unified, monolithic entity you're combating here?

are you mentally retarded?
Now thats uncalled for...and really I should flag you for it...but no I"m not retarted....I"m also not a lawyer so maybe it does enfringe upon us...I don't know I didn't read the thing. But you need to use better manners sir.

hehe..I guess I didn't make that clear did I...well I mean the democrats..mostly..but anyone really that dosen't think like a repulican or a conserative...not that I hate these groups by any means...everyone is entitled to there own opinions...I"m just saying they seem to rag on Bush the most.
