I see several things you do. You post support to others. You take time to read and listen to people and make them feel seen. And most importantly you set an example for others to feel comfortable opening up. It can be difficult to be the first, but then it’s easier for others to follow.

Ha, my daily ritual is to brush and feed the furball queen first. I always ask her, “are you hungry?” And she knows this word and responded with two quick mow mows. This is her please. I sit down to enjoy my morning news and Blu light for mood. She then curls up next to me on the bench in the sun.
