New pole work!
Here's a video of a move that my friend taught me before I left the studio. It needs practice so it can be fluid, which is possible now that my new pole just came in the mail! 😁

Tried this out today. I was able to get it! Not quite as smooth as this though. Its tricky!

@lita yeah mine needs to be smoothed out too! The first time I got it, it looked so awkward and choppy. So much thinking involved, haha 😂
