This is a festival called Oeshiki. Many local groups line up together and march in a big procession! They parade with drums and flutes!

I lived in Japan for 3 years. I LOVED all the festivals. Especially the Cherry Blossom Festival in Hirosaki

@slapshot1125 The scenery changes a lot during the cherry blossom season, so it's nice 🌸I think it's great that Japan has four seasons.
