7 years ago, I awakened from a dream so profound that it has taken me all this time to understand its mysteries. One day, if She wills it, I will tell her story.
An update for those who commented on thisโฆso the day before yesterday I was on my way to a restaurant for supper and stopped at a shop Iโve always wanted to visit but which was always closed. They were only open for another 5 minutes, so I immediately went to some shelves with rows of statuettes that had intrigued me from outside, and then I saw one on the very top shelf that was eerily familiar. I didnโt have time to get more information, so I took a picture with my iPhone to examine after supper. When I got a chance to look closely at it, I was stunned. The statuette which had caught my eye was a representation of the very same Goddess I saw in my dream years ago (see the above description). My research hadnโt taken me far enough back in time; Her name is Oshun, the Yoruba Goddess of love, beauty, and fertility. ๐ฎ I occasionally dream of things that eventually manifest in the waking worldโฆbut I wasnโt expecting this. ๐๐๐ช๐ผ๐ป
