Oh my I totally get this hey! I previously had intrusive thoughts (trauma induced psychosis) and I’d feeeze constantly in conversations trying to ‘settle’ my irrational thoughts. It was sooooo tiring trying to constantly figure out what you missed whilst zoning in and out. It’s exhausting! I’ve learnt to to ignore it so good on you finding the funny in it ❤️
