going on 30 hours without sleep, with a 300 mile motorcycle trip today (the last 70 miles in the rain). feeling a little loopy and not using all the neurons.
rain is scary on a bike....but then, sometimes you're on a roll and you just have to keep going on...and that's when you pull metal to the pedal and you just go fast, and fast, not caring about the rain, until you have some aquaplanning....
i remember going back from World Ducati Weekend, back in 1998. I had my first Ducati at the times, a 1989 750 Sport, and it was just raining like crazy for the last three hours and we were soaking wet. All i wanted was to be back home in a hot bath and I nailed the Dellortos up to 150 kmh, on the motorway. At some point, the sky was so dark and full of black clouds, i actually could see the lights of my bike tachometer like if it was midnight....We are speaking 1 pm in the afternoon here...
ride safe...and tell me about the sleep thing, it's interesting.
gee, man, what a terrible story....i hope you're feeling better tho as it must be pretty hard to hold on under such mental pressures....
keep on dating, the right lady will come by....
