hey. i'm back. i went away for a little bit but couldn't stay away for long. if you didn't know i was away, it's alright. i'm not offended.

so i'm sitting in my room - it's around 11:30 and i'm listening to some quality irish jams while trying to study for the 1st part of the bar exam - the mpre, that i'll be taking on friday. the mpre is an ethics test, so i don't know how much studying i'll be doing for it. seriously - an ETHICS test for LAWYERS. yeah, i laugh at the idea too.

my room is a fucking mess. the house is actually getting pretty messy as well. i have one housemate who is never home, another that has been sick for the past 2 weeks and has planted herself on the livingroom couch, taking complete control of the tv, and another who is lazier than i am. meh, it could be worse. but if little miss hacking cough gets me sick, there will be all kinds of hell to pay. i can't get sick right now. no way. can't happen. i refuse. i have waaaay too much shit that needs to get done.

did you know that someone actually thought it necessary to right out and establish as a rule, that a lawyer "shall act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client"? pfft. no fucking shit, professor - master of the fucking obvious!

wow. i'm getting way too snarky right now. i think i need to get some coffee or maybe pop open a guinness.

or i could just say fuck it and move to canada.
