fuck everyone who voted for bush. the bottom line is that the crumbs given to appease you should not have been enough to blind you to the fact that this regime has been, and continues to be, the most destructive and dangerous regime in effect today. YES THIS INCLUDES AL-QAEDA. yes, they killed several thousand americans, which is terrible, but the bu$h regime has eclipsed that, contributing to the deaths of THOUSANDS of iraqi civilians and OVER A THOUSAND US troops. And if that was not enough, he and the people around him have done the american people a great disservice, goading them into a state of paranoia and fear, a by-product of which (conveniently justified in the name of 'security') has been unadultered hate and racisim for anyone not 'fortunate' enough to have been born with white skin.
now, thanks to this narrow-minded, misplaced hatred, we arizonians now have to deal with the passage of prop. 200, the most racist piece of legislation i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. for those of you who don't know about this legislation, it was painted as a way to 'secure the arizona border' from illegal immigrants. prop, 200 has been touted as 'enforcing a requiremnt of proof of citizenship when registering to vote and display of some type of identification when casting a ballot.' not only is that in and of itself problematic (do you honestly expect that this will be required and enforced upon most white voters!? ha!) the language of the proposition opens the door to challenges for the votes of the native community , whose citizenship would not be in question otherwise.
Motherfucking bu$h supporters aside, i have to give a big FUCK YOU TO ALL YOU MOTHERFUCKERS WHO DID NOT VOTE. i hope that extra game of halo was worth it.
