@venomoth it was just a standard pasta recipe. You can add whatever filling you want but I did equal parts pumpkin purée, ricotta and Parmesan and some chopped parsley. For the pasta i believe I used 5 eggs and 3ish cups flour and pinch of salt, add eggs one at a time till dough is tacky and let rest in the fridge for an hour+ before working it. You can adjust with more flour or eggs as needed. I saw one recipe that was like 9 eggs and 6 cups flour but that would make me a lifetime of pasta. So. Just gotta roll it super thin as you can. I watched a few YouTube vids on making ravioli before I started. Lots of techniques out there, I tried a few. Learned a lot and will 100% try again soon ☺️
