Still feeling pretty crappy with things right now, i'm trying to keep my mind occupied to stop thinking but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be a viable strategy anymore. Used to be that when I was feeling emo for whatever, I could lose myself in a game, but I just can't keep the concentration there anymore. Seems to me that if I try to relax with music it will reflect my mood I guess it's just with the attitudes and subject matter of the music in question that I try to relate with.
Bleh. I need excitement.
in 32 days i'll be in Seattle with some friends for the Penny Arcade Expo. I'm looking forward to the trip again this year for a few reasons. I get to head out with some good friends and just geek out with video games and all that jazz, but I also get to get out of the house. I get to be pulled out of my rut and taken far away. I can leave it all behind and not have to be reminded of anything.
Off work tomorrow, then lots of work this week. I did have someone else asking for hours, so if possible i'll try to unload my sat/sun on them so I can join my friends on the weekend.
Do I have to spell it out for you, or scream it in your face?
Oh, the chemistry between us could destroy this place
