So i've been feeling more and more alone lately, i've been working retarded hours and haven't had any real time to see my friends. I'm a total introvert when it comes to trying to talk to or meet people. It's been starting to get to me. As a matter of fact last night I ended up having a dream in which I had met someone new, and we just clicked together. We spent the whole time curled up on the couch together, talking and laughing. Smiling. I can even smell her now, which is odd. I wake up, sit down at my computer and check my emails before I start getting things in gear to hang out with my sister, and I notice that I have a new friend request on Facebook. Odd, I thought, so I go and take a look...

and i'm blown away.
It's Alyssa. Attaching this message with it;

Obviously I add her, and now i'm curious and excited to hear from her. Just seeing that, seeing her face has given me a total boost in how I feel. I've already got a small grin on my face, and i'm stoked to hear more from her.
As such, this was the first song that popped into my head.

UPDATE!!! She gave me an up to date number to call her, which I promptly dialed eager to hear her voice again. I don't know how long it's been since I was so nervous to call someone that my hands trembled. After a fair conversation, it turns out that she was in a shitty controlling relationship with some asshole who pretty much cut her off from everything. Made her shut down her facebook page, and made her come straight home after work. She finally ended things with him and is currently looking for a new place with some friends. Turns out one of the places that they're looking at is in town. And if that's the one they go for, well, i'm pretty sure I would burst.
She wants to hang out once she gets some living arrangements taken care of, and frankly the thought of being near her is making me all fluttery. Okay, okay, enough of this for now, i'm going to leave off on the simple concept that one person who has been able to bring me so much inner peace and personal happiness has finally come back into my life and is still as sweet as ever.
