The holiday season has ended and life as we know it has started to return to normal. Excesses have settled in on our bodies and all the weaker brain cells have been destroyed.
2006 has a certain sheen in it's dawn that blinds me. The general feeling of wonderment of another year has begun to fill me and the sky has shone on my trepidation. This year shall bring forth a great many new oppotunities, I can feel it.
Awesome, huh?
Well, I'mm starting this new year with hope and plans of working out my life. I'm a late starter. Such joy. New love, new experiences what's not to look forward to?
Maybe my credit card debt, but that's negotiable. I just bought a stack of new cd's, books, and booze. Can't wait to enjoy them all.
New friends, maybe a new love interest, the writers tell me I'm in for a great season. Hopefully they cast an awsome girl to be the love interest this year. Last year they told me it was gonna be a 'reflecting year'. Almost layed 'em off for that shit.
Started writing my book about fuckheads that work in a comic shop. I'm guessing a lot of late nights, listening to cool tunes and meeting all the characters.
Huge month, this month. Finally gonna finish all the design work I gotta get done. Start rehearsing with the band, take the Acoustic duo back on the road. Can't wait!!!!
A mate of mine just got signed to a dance label in Turkey. Gonna record some vocals for him. It's already a huge year.
Jethro Tull Rules!!!! Lynard Skynard Rules!!! Opeth!!!! Fiona Apple's new cd as well. All new aquasitions I recently have been listening to. Fucking lovin'em.
Music, the eternal blanket for the soul. The narcotic of narcotics. To swim in the sea of music is the unattainable of goals, but the only goal that makes the fibre that binds me explode.
Adios, moochachos,
Untill some fine woman makes me more than a man, and just shy of a god, Make Mine Marvel!!!!

Actually I think you have a very good point there. I think that men just might be getting less confident and they are over compensating for being insecure by pretending to be overly secure. But there is nothing wrong with a man just being honest. I mean the majority of women are not confident or lacking confidence. I just don't understand why men just can't be honest about their insecurities. I mean they don't have to act like women, but just don't over compensate.
