Raise your hand if you hate Palin as much as I do! Raise your hand if you think McCain is an idiot for choosing someone off of a list that he had no affiliation with and who was tied to Sen. Ted Steven's who was arrested a little while ago?
Many people can't stand the discussion of politics. Understandably.... it's like arguing the existence of God. But it IS possible to find factual non-biased information, and I suggest you do it. Whether you choose to be involved or not, the policies of the people we elect to run this country will directly effect you or someone you know in some way. Don't give a damn about abortion rights? Fine. Just remember how much you don't care when one of your friends has an ectopic pregnancy and ends up on her death bed because Palin said that abortions were illegal under ANY circumstance. Consider all the coat hanger deaths of 14 year old rape victims that have been virtually endorsed by abolishing the rights of children and women to their bodies. And no, I'm not going to base my political opinion on one fucking platform, but come on, this is ridiculous. I'm being a bit extreme here, but seriously, what better example? womens voters of america have a great site with reliable non biased sources of information, and I recommend checking out their site. Despite the name, this site is not just for women, don't let them name fool or sway you, (and if it did than you're probably a sexist idiot.) Anyway, that is all I have to say. I don't feel like going on some long tangent, because that will only result in me attempting to stick every bit of every single article/fact/tidbiit I've come across concerning about 20 different people involved with this election as well as the policies/issues/ all that messy stuff. And then I'll start talking about all the bullshit with the DOD and my own mundane personal accounts, etc. etc. It just isn't pretty. iejy;ikj5tr;iyjiujytim
P.S.
Totally off topic, but if you like the Cohen brother's films (they did Fargo) you should watch No Country for Old Men. Anton Chigurh is one nasty villain.
