Things I did during the week between Christmas and New Year's:
1. Shot a gun. A few of them, actually. I've never done it before, but it felt very humbling and powerful at the same time. Also, a bit like Hunter S. Thompson, which was cool, and also leads me in to number 2...
2. Drank. A lot. A lot of Manhattans, mostly. Oh, and Ketel One/Red Bulls. They're better in Vegas where they're free.
3. Signed a new lease. No longer do I have to step over bodies and syringes to go to the sushi places downtown, now I have to step over the gays and the senior citizens near The Grove.
4. Went to a block party in Scottsdale, Arizona. The funny thing about Arizona women is that they have this reputation for being stuck up and gold-digging, but then they turn around and pay to watch a giant chip fall in to a giant bowl of dip, to the wonderful and magical sounds of Lit.
