i need a hand!
mtv filmed a commercial for "the perks of being a wallflower" in my high school when i was a senior. (this is going all the way back to the late 90's, before some of you youngins were even born.) they used students as extras. i was an extra.
i never got to see this video. and it's just NOT on the interwebs anywhere!
boo.
so if you happen to stumble across it online somewhere, send me a link and i'll smother you with kisses or something.
yeah, our school was used for filming a few times. there was this other commercial for mead notebooks that was filmed in the gym, where a janitor is playing hockey with a broom and a mead notebook. i haven't seen that one either. but i think it was on the air back when nirvana was the hot new band, so good luck finding it.
the big long post that got eaten was about environmentalism and living green. gonzo and i just signed up for a program thru our utilities company where we pay a small monthly surcharge to have all our power sources be renewable. so for the whopping sum of $4 a month, our home will now be powered by 33% wind power, 33% landfill gas, and 34% small hydro. for my fellow jerseyans (jerseyites?) here's the link GO SIGN UP FOR IT NOW! and if you don't live in jersey, check with yr utilities company to see if they have a similiar program.
another thing we did a while ago was write for a free kit (also from the utilities company) to make yr home more energy efficient. basically it had a special water-saving shower head and sink heads, some insulating strips for windows, and pamphlets on how to use less energy. but hey, every little bit helps, right?
been having a good time lately...working and partying and trying to stay relaxed.
strumpet and i went to a speakeasy party recently where costume was required. i look good dressed like a 20's gangster. fedora and everything!
katerina and i had adventures at the bar teh other night with beer-o-grams and the creepy "photographer" (i.e drunken lecherous dickhead with an afro and a beer gut taking photos of us with his digicam set to b&w). yeah, that gets my motor running!
plowing our way through the sopranos and samurai champloo.
drinking waaay to much coffee these days
my set cleared 25 comments. whoo hoo! i'm excited. i want to shoot again soon.
off to london in less than 2 weeks. trip of a lifetime, i can't fucking wait.
so, that about covers it. smell ya later...

Your set is sexy, just in case i've never told you.
