It's been a while since I've posted...In this time, my boyfriend, the birds, and I have moved from New York, to South Carolina to Oregon. Oregon is great! It's full of hippies...I love it! Everyone here is so nice! Anywho, I have to go get a shower so we can get ready to hit the flea market!
So, I was looking for the adoption section in Petco they sometimes have so I could find a kitten...This one didn't have one, however I did find the sweetest, what the store calls a green cheeked conure, though I think it's possibly a maroon bellied conure, with one of her nails on her toes missing...it's just a nub. I have a green cheek at home... Read More
I was called a "Yankee" 15 times in the 3 days I spent in Savannah. It was always said with an air of spite and derision like I was going to steal from them or something. At one point I told a woman at a diner (who called me a Yankee) that the town was the only place I had ever been that celebrated a loss.
I took some really cute pictures of me and the birds with my phone. Usually I send them to my email to get them to my computer, but since at&t is fucking lame and doesn't have a tower here where I moved, I can't do it until I drive 40 minutes into town.

She's obviously stupid, so those kids can't be much smarter. Unfortunately the world has been blessed with 14 more kids on welfare living in their grandparents' house. OMG!!! Who the fuck allowed her to inject... Read More
Yeah, I agree. She is doing it just for the money and the 15 minutes of fame. You can tell because she is selling her story to the highest bidder. It is like that family in PA or NJ that named all their kids after the Third Reich. They got media coverage because a store refused to put Adolf Hitler Campbell name on a birthday cake. The good news is that Child Services eventually came by and took the kids away. People do funny and crazy things for money and fame!
I ate McDonald's two days ago.
Yesterday I got food poisoning. This is the worst feeling I've ever had. Luckily it feels like it's going away now. I just feel weak.
Sorry to hear about your illness. I have worked at a McDonald's a "few" years of my life and due to this, I think I have built an immunity to nastiness - that and the ability to "inhale" my food that I eat since one of the owner's break policy sucked.
Hope you are feeling better soon and back on your feet to work your Wii!!!
