so I finally am able to pick my leg up on my own
I did something tonight I haven't done in over two months
I got in the shower !!!!
was pretty much impossible before now because of the way the shower was set up and all the injuries to my leg
it sucked taking baths out of a little wash basin lol
I still cant bend my leg the way I should be able too
im afraid im never going to regain full mobility in it

but I feel so lucky that it wasn't worse
