damn my foot is swollen

i hate being hurt all i do is lay in bed all day
which is about all i actually can do

they took my splint off today.
i think it was waaaay to early .
they pulled some of the staples in my leg , hurt like hell fyi.
but now without the splint my ankle is killing me and getting sooooo tight.
i cant even hold it up at a 90 degree angle its like the muscles want to push it right down

its good because i have a lot of questions for them...im having a lot of muscle spasms and its getting annoying and sometimes painful
