the last few days have been good
i went to andy's place on sunday afternoon and hung with him and his best mate justin, laughed my ass of for a few hours with them and then when justin went home, andy and i had a bit of a makeout session. it was the best! just lovely lovely kisses shared with my man after not being able to kiss him for 7 whole weeks.
later that night a few of his mates came over to watch the cricket. the most boring sport ever... aside from maybe golf, in my opinion... anyways i slept through most of it curled up on andy's lap. and in between naps i giggled at the antics between the three of them. they are hillarious! all of them have great senses of humour, and they all totally bounce off each other.
i should at this point mention that the cricket started at 1am... and andy had to get up and ready for work at 4.30am for a 5.30 start... needless to say, he pulled an allnighter and was wrecked today. he left me sleeping at about 5.15am and was home at about 7.45 so he could have a nap between clients then headed back to work at 10.15am. again he left me sleeping and by the time he got home from the studio he was dead on his feet. more snuggles and then i got a call from MissMinda for hangout times. i left andy sleeping and wrote him a tiny note on the back of a receipt. minda picked me up and we drove back to my house, wandered over the road to the new burger joint and got us some delish burgers for lunch and then i coloured her hair. it looks awesome and i'm a little bit jealous. but we already have a similar haircut and i don't think we need to rock the same colour too. it was great hanging out with her. i feel like we hardly get time to just kick about these days cos our rosters clash and free time is scarce because of other commitments. the good thing is that when we DO get time to spend together its like no time has passed. we fall back into our old regular selves and always manage to have fun.
i feel like i have never done so much washing in my life. i'm starting to run out of line space! tho tonight i got thru most of it and i only have sheets to wash, which i'll do in the morning. it'd be great to have a house elf to take care of this kinda stuff.
andy is picking me up early in the morning so i can go and cut justin's hair. he has awesome curls that need a bit of tlc. then after he leaves, more snuggle time with andy!!! anyone would think i haven't seen him in weeks!... oh wait, i haven't!
things are going really well with us and i just can't get enough of him. i'm the happiest i've been in years.
it seems that lately so many people i know have been sick, or had some major shit go down in their lives... but the one thing that seems to keep everyone going in these shitty times is that we all have awesome partners who make each day worth waking up for. i feel really fortunate that i have an awesome guy and amaaaaazing friends. i don't think i could do this thing we like to call life without them. in fact i'm sure i couldn't.
oh and my spots are finally clearing up. i no longer look too freakish or like i'm going to give you some nasty disease if you sit too closely to me on the bus its back to short sleeves and v necks again!
rest in peace little Bark!ey. i miss you

Flailing is much better than dancing! Its more an extension of Id, less structured and far more expressive
I don't know where Minda got the idea that I hang out with steam punks from. Especially considering I make fun of that genre at least once a day.
*flails off to check his boiling water*
