So the good news is, that Violet's surgery got postponed.
The bad news is, she's still got to have it.
But let's talk about that later.
Let's talk about happy things like, I took Violet Christmas shopping in between doctor's apt today.
We bought ALL kinds of fun stuff!
Tomorrow's more doctor's apt for myself, but I'm not letting anything get me down, or at least I'm going to try.
So at the mall today, we came across these amazing cubed lollipops in chocolate, butterscotch, vanilla, and cafe latte, so I bought a 12 pack for ten bucks, but they are SO totally worth it!

Okay okay enough with the pictures, but those last two are my new glasses. I am now the proud wearer of bifocals AND I get to wear reading glasses when I'm sporting my contacts. Damn, I'm getting old! I have SO much energy right now. I'm in the middle of wrapping Christmas presents, talking on the phone, laundry, and catching up on back episodes of Dexter. Anywho, I hope everyone's having a fantastic week, and ready for a hopefully swell weekend! It's spitting some snow here and there, so maybe I can get a chance to take Violet out to build a snow man this weekend. She'd sure love that!!!
