My Bff and I are on a weight loss journey together. It's wonderful that we can be happy and supportive of each other. Our weights are so different, so there is no competition. We weighed in yesterday. She finally hit 199, it's been years since she's been under 200 so we were super happy to see that wonderful number 1. I didn't have much luck my weight Again is still 130, I can't seem to get any lower at the moment. Oh well, I'll try harder for next week. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated. My goal is currently 110 it might go lower if I can get there first.
