the real problem with being gluten free and having to make most of my food from scratch .....and having an amazing cookbook.... is that I can get a bit overly ambitious.
a weekend menu of chocolate and butterscotch chip cookies, potato leek soup, onion biscuits, cardamon ginger pear crisp, prosciutto mini quiche, monte cristo, feta cheese crisps, chocolate lave cake, and brie crepes isn't excessive, is it?
I'm still doing the cookies. and the onion biscuits. and prosciutto mini quiche. and maybe the brie crepes.

this, of course, would happen while entertaining, working, homeworking, arting... plus I have to do things like shower...
life is so much easier when I keep myself too busy to think.
