I am not entirely recovered from the shower on sunday. just yesterday, I finished putting my new toys away. I'm maybe a quarter of the way through thank you cards.

I'm trying to stay on top of them so that I can actually write them the way I feel like they should be written.

the beau and I are going to have a visitor who may or may not become a part of our family. he is a black lab mix. one of Chris's coworkers found him and, so far, his family hasn't claimed him.

I've decided that I'm holy.

this isn't such a stretch in terms of buddhism; we are all buddhas. it's a stretch in the world in which prophets and messiahs are medicated and institutionalized.

anyway, that doesn't really matter. as I said, we are all buddhas.

I'll agree that making fun of people is not nice.

I will not agree that the people in these pictures are just normal people who are wearing pyjamas or otherwise dressed down. as in not dressed up. as in, sometimes I go to the grocery store without having brushed my teeth.
