Halloween gone for another year. Bummer. I went as the Bag from American Beauty. I had forgotten my friend had invited me to a party, till she texted me where I was the night of it. I hadn't done any planning for a costume this year - which is very unusual - and my 'Mad Cow Disease' costume is on loan...for way too long now. So, quick thinking led to the Bag character. Also, the fact I had a bag in my hand when I got the text. There I was, later that night surrounded by people with hours and hours put into some brilliant costumes, and everyone telling me how much they loved mine. Of course, I did not mention it was a 'last second panic' costume. I graciously excepted their thanks, and acted in a humble manner, telling them theirs was much more brilliant than mine. (which, of course, they were)

My theory is this: The lazy person is the person to become the inventor. Makes sense, if you consider most inventions are to make things easier. In other words, people like George Eastman, Ben Franklin, and many others were all lazy fuckers. That isn't an insult, it's a compliment. If anyone calls you a lazy fucker, you should feel a wave of warmth cross over your heart, and thank them sincerely.

I'm currently slightly obsessed with 'Dog Shaming' and animals driving cars. I expect this will last at least another 48 hours or so.
