I was asked today what I'd be if I went to a fancy dress party. I won't tell you what I said I'd be, but it resulted in me finding out quite a bit about myself. So, if you had to go to a fancy dress party and you could choose to be anything or anyone in the world you wanted, what or who would you be?

I really have got to start reading some decent books and get information flooding into my brain. There are so many things around us that we can learn about, yet sometimes we just take the things we know for granted, there's so much more to learn, to know and to focus on.

I sometimes imagine myself on a spiral staircase. At the top of the staircase is the warmth of the sun, the forest, a waterfall and birds singing, an inner peace. We should all find that inner peace, love, harmony and enjoy it! I'm going out tonight, it'll be the first time I meet certain people and I'll be a bit nervous, I'll be thinking of various situations to stay chilled and enjoy myself. I'll just imagine the top of that staircase. We all should.
